Swim Meet Entry
Glendora Aquatics Swim Team Meet Entry Procedure
Go to Socalswim.org - click on meets ^ eastern section ^ then the meet you want to enter. If the information is not there then it just hasn’t been posted yet. Keep checking and when the meet paperwork is ready the host team will post it for you to download. The entry card for the meet is found at the top right side of the socal website - click on forms ^ scroll down to individual meet entry card.
Calculate meet entry fees due for the entered swim meet (fees are posted on the rules page of the meet form). The meet fee usually ranges between $10-$15, and each event entered into is about $4.
Fill out your entry form and bring it to the pool by Friday before the meet deadline that is posted on the meet information sheet. Your coach will review the entry form for accuracy and be sure your swimmer is enrolled in the appropriate events (or help you fill out the entry form). We will also verify that your US Swimming registration is current and then you will need to mail the entry form with the payment to the address provided on the meet form. No late entries will be accepted. The entries MUST be received by the meet admin BY the due date in order to enter each swimmer into the meet. Please allow for mail time so that your entry is received by the due date.
